Heavy gauge stainless steel axles; 28"l
These stainless steel axles were made at a precision machinery shop. They cost more than $100 each in a large production run. To make a single one would cost several hundred dollars. They can be used with wooden or metal wheels and are very, very strong. We use them for huge cabinets that weigh over 200 pounds when empty. They measure 28 inches long in overall length. The stainless steel axle is 3/4" diameter and very thick, heavy gauge. And the two round pieces on each end have six holes already drilled for mounting wheels made of plastic, wood, or metal. These two wheels are 3 inches in diameter and 1/8" thick. A really high precision piece of machined stainless steel that can be used on boats or ocean front locations as it is marine grade stainless steel manufactured in the U.S.
