With it's variable speed and 4 Amp motor, it handles solid 18 gauge capacity in steel, 20 gauge in stainless. It uses a three blade cutter design to give consistent cuts in a variety of materials. It has the ability to cut round, square and irregular holes. It can cut up to 15 feet per minute (FPM)."
