Band-It Center Punch Tool - Part #S03869. Used but in Excellent Condition With Box! Old Part # S38 - EDP 30038.
This Center Punch includes instruction sheet & 2 clamps. This clamp MAY have been used once or twice but I had to look real hard at the striking surfraces where you use a hammer to hit the tool to set the center punch! The box is missing the end flap on one end.
