The ATD-106C is one of a full line of KINGSLEY industrial marking machines. It is an air-operated, push button controlled marking machine designed to make alphanumeric characters on insulated wire, rigid tubing, heat shrink sleeving and thin wall flexible tubing.
This marking machine was engineered to imprint on a wide range of insulation and material such as PVC, Nylon, Kynar, Kapton, Teflon, Polyolefin, etc.
With a curved face type, the ATD-106C will mark insulated wire with outside diameters (OD) ranging from .035” to .350”. Depending on the OD and the type selected, the marks may be imprinted to read vertically or horizontally.
Flat face type will mark wire with OD’s greater than .350”. Flat face type will also mark flexible sleeving and thin tubing (in flattened position) with an inside diameter (ID) ranging from .094” to 2.0”.
This machine marks wire or sleeving each time the operator presses the push button switch. The rate of production will vary depending on the speed of the operator and job specification.
The ATD-106C requires 115VAC 3 Ampere.
The operating temperature range is 200º to 600º F.
The heater element is 250 Watts.
