Tektronix FG 501A 2MHz Function Generator. Excellent Condition. Small crack on the frequency adjust knob. Fully functional.
* Outputs sine, square, triangular, waveforms
* Freq Range: 0.002 Hz to 2 MHz.
* Use with TM-Series power supplies
* Frequency is adjusted by a decade switch for ranges and dial for setting frequency.
* Frequency can also be controlled, over a 1000:1 range, by applying an external input to the VCF connector.
* Output amplitudes of 30 Vp-p open circuit and 7.5 V into 50-ohms can be obtained.
* Additional offsets of up to ±5 V are accessible.
* Sinewave distortion is less than 1%.
* Triangle linearity is within ±1%.
