Unit is good physical condition but it has some electrical issues
The fuse holder on the back is broken, the fuse & fuse cap are good though
The power supply filter capacitor has a lead that is broken and would need to be re-soldered
Unit comes with a 115VAC power cord attached
Unit has 6 input port and 6 output port on the rear panel
Unit has a external 18-32VDC ports on the rear
Unit has 6 output port on the front and output selector dial
The selector dial is broken off
