These are silicon wafer holders, they were used to store and transport 200mm wafers (8 inch).
They were used at local silicon valley companies, such as LSI and Applied Materials, and are in excellent condition.
They are made by FluoroWare and Empak
Each tray holds QTY 25 wafers.
If you need Silicon Wafers as well (8" and 12"), tested, high resisitivity, they are available for $146 / LB, please email for further info.
