This is an as removed from service medical grade power conditioner. These were installed with some really fancy diagnostic equipment. The spec sheet is HERE.
These are tested to power up and carry a 5 day DOA warranty, but they're not DOA, we tested them. This is beautifully made equipment. REALLY nice.
