· If the item includes a hard drive, it will be formatted. No software will be installed, not even Windows.
· We are not always familiar with the items we list. We are in the surplus business and receive a lot of items that we are not knowledgeable about. · Pictures are generally taken of the actual item.
· A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has to be completed in order for us to process any refunds or exchanges. We will e-mail the RMA to you upon receipt of your request. We reserve the right to repair or replace the item or refund the purchase price.
