From the GOB sale at the auto parts mfg that couldn't: Here is a good old TIF power meter model KW-220-3. It will measure Kilowatts, Kilowatt-hours, Volts, and Amps. Input voltage range is 90-530 VAC and the 3 included current transformers are good for 1 to 500 amps (200 KW max). It works with single-phase 120/240-volt systems and 3 phase Y systems. It will also work with 3 phase Delta BALANCED systems. (The voltages are measured Line to neutral.) It has been tested using a known resistive load and works.
