Digilog DLM III Data Line Monitor w/ Manual *Tested*
Digilog's DLM III is a compact, low cost data line monitor that can be effectively used by a relatively unskilled personnel to isolate most faults that occur in a communication system. DLM III can perform a number of complex diagnostic tests, including a self-test, because it operates under control of a microprocessor.
The microprocessor's operating system directs all functions performed by DLM III. The control program uses menus shown on the unit's video display for prompting the entry of the parameters required for initially setting up DLM III. After the parameters are entered, depressing a RUN key causes DLM III to perform all functions under control of the microprocessor and according to the menu's final contents. DLM III's video display can then be used to view the captrue buffer's contents or to see the results of any diagnostic test that was run.
