High alloy material (Chrome, Molybdenum, Manganese) hardened to 60RC assures rigidity and long life of tool holder. The taper shank is ground to .00003" surface finish and has 90% surface taper contact with spindle, which provides high accuracy, rigidity and longer life for the machine spindle and cutting tool. All surfaces except ground surfaces are coated with anti-rust treatment. Furnished with nut and arbor spacers.
