The bad news- I plugged this in and nothing happened. That being said, I saw no on/off switch etc so I may be doing something wrong. It does have a note not to use as out of calibration- it was calibrated (and thus used) in 1996 by the Navy Metcal Program. From Wekslar. Range- 0/100 0/1 RH, 0/100 F. Circular chart as seen. 24 hr revolution. Type L (or it may be I) 8 T2 PO. You know what these went for new (I guess they are no longer being made), so this is a bargain! Heavy!
