GPD CF-9 Taped Radial Component Lead Former C.F.9
This is a GPD Global CF-9 Taped Radial Lead Former machine, used but in good working order. Currently this machine is setup for cutting only, but with additional dies (from GPD, not included) it can form over a dozen different styles of lead-shapes (reducing, expanding, spread, angles, with lock-in, etc.). GPD's website says that standard tooling for different lead forms is in stock. Production rates up to 25,000 components per hour are theoretically possible with this tool. Users can reduce setup time with quick change tooling and repeatable station settings. We ran a single electrolytic capacitor through and it cut the leads neatly. The other capacitor shown was in the scrap bin when we got the machine. Please NOTE: the plastic cover has split along one seam, and is taped to hold it together. Also, the plastic looks foggy/translucent because the protective peel-off layer is still in place on the inside. This lot comes with our 14-day DOA Guarantee.
