This is a vintage General Electric AC Volt Meter insert - from what it came from we do not know - possibly a generator. Marked on the face TYPE aw-91, cat 613X85 and hidden behind the blue covered area on the front is the number - just viewable along the edge - N.P.210222-1.
Face measures 2 5/8 square approx. The screw post for fixing is about 2 inches from where the missing one is. The mechanism 21/8 across.
Inside the mechanism the lower range stop for the needle has broken off and is loose inside - see pictures. Range on meter shows 0 through 300.
