Aluminum mig wire, 0.035 x 13 lb roll, type 4043

Anchor brand Premium quality 4043 aluminum MIG wire.
Methodically manufactured to meet the requirements of AWS A5.10
4043 wire has a lower melting point and more fluidity than the 5356 series filler metal alloys, and is preferred by many for its fluidity. Hold a piece of 4043 and 5356 out, you'll notice the 4043 isn't as "stiff". It's less sensitive to weld cracking with 6,000 series alloys, and can be used for welding castings. Leaves brighter looking MIG welds that look "less dirty" because it contains no magnesium. Gives more penetration than 5356, but welds are less ductile than those with 5356. It is not suited for Aluminum-Mg alloys and shouldn't be used with high Magnesium content alloys. 4043 is designed for welding 6,000 series aluminum alloys, and can also be used for 2,000 series and 3,000 series alloys. (thanks to the experts at Lincoln Electric for this blurb)
This wire is manufactured either in the U.S. or Europe (depending on run). If they start substituting Chinese or Taiwanese stuff, I won't sell it anymore.
