USED: Bouligny Company one position melt spin system consisting of: (1) Sterling 1-1/2", 30:1 L/D ratio, extruder, 4 zone barrel, water cooled feed throat, electrically heated, fan cooled with 1 vent stack, temperature zones to operate from 204 deg C to 343 deg C and designed for pressure up to 10,000 psi. Extruder driven by 10 hp DC drive. Extruder gearbox 13.9:1 ratio. Maximum input rpm of 1750 with an output rpm of 125.9 maximum. Unit also includes (1) Bouligny one position spin system, (1) cooling section, misc tanks, blowers and transformer.
