This is an industrial type Controlled descent devise. Made by Research and Trading Corp. This is used although probably never was. It seems to operate fine. Removed from a hydraulic manned order picker that was no longer in service. Sells complete with 50' of rope, chest harness, carabiner, and the descent devise. Can be used with any length rope. Intended for emergency descent from any place like Industrial equipment, silo`s, tanks, roofs, mezzanines, etc.
