75SC Defender multipurpose cartridge. Approved against organic vapors, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide (escape only), hydrogen fluoride, chlorine dioxide, ammonia, methyl amine and formaldehyde.
Please take NOTE: If using these cartridges for Gold Refining please keep the following in mind. These cartridges are not approved for the deadly RED fumes that come from Aqua Regia, or Nitric Acid. Stay afrom from those deadly RED fumes at all costs.
After the RED fumes are gone, Aqua Regia will continue to give off small amounts of Chlorine and/or Hydrogen Chloride. These cartridges are approved for those gases, and also for the sulfur dioxide fumes given off from the sodium metabisulfite used as a precipitant for the gold.
Fits North 7700 series halfmask and 7600 Series full face respirators.
