2. Hydraulics: Module design, air over hydraulic, automatic closure.
3. Filter plates: Polypropylene, gasketed, recessed (32mm cake thickness).
4. Filter cloths: Installed polypropylene multi-filament.
5. Manifold: Precoat / Air Blowdown - fully assembled PVC with valves to provide Precoat
and air blow down options. The air blow down option allows compressed air to pass
through each filter cake and back out the head of the filter press. With proper manifold
and plate configuration, this feature removes some free liquid from the filter cake and
filtrate discharge lines as well as helping to minimize adhesion between the filter cake
and filter cloth, making cake discharge easier.
Height: 26†under plate clearance for use with optional sludge dumpster.
7. Expansion Piece to allow for easy future expansion to 6 cuft.
8. Press supplied with a cake scraper for cleaning.
