They are 1.5 inches wide 24 inches long and .4 thick.
The Distance center to center on mounting holes is about 22 3/4 inches.
I cannot tell you if they were used on a Argus Solder Leveler, a Lightning Solder Leveler or an Avalon Solder Leveler.
