What you do not get (unless I can find them in the bottom of the lot of goods this came in IS the 12vdc wall adaptor (you can get one at radio shack) and the BNC to BNC cable to go from the head to the meter.

See link below for comparison. This meter provides the capabilities to handle nearly any optical measurement task using standard newport 818 series detectors (or bnc terminated detectors). Meter is capable of measuring nanowatts to watts of laser power or nanojoules to 1Joule energy over a wide wavelength range uv to infrared depending on your detector. Compatible with all of the Newport 818 series detectors. Also can be used with some non Newport BNC terminated detectors for relative measurements.
Here are the settings options for this meter measurement: Has analog output option. Has Analog needle and digital LED display. Other features: Wavelength compensation, audible beep with pulse frequency function, Self calibration null/zero option, Power measurement ranging from low power to high power 20nW-300Watts, or Energy measurement range from 20nJ-1Joule, rep rates up to 8kHz. Averaging option slow tunable from slow to fast response.Detector settings as shown on back are as follows: Low-Power (semiconductor), High-Power (thermopile), Energy 1M-ohm (pyroelectric), Energy 50-ohm ( pyroelectric ), processed output, unprocessed output, accelerated, non-accelerated.
