Mobile server it room data center 40’ long w/ 3X hvac
40’ mobile data center / military spec SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) aka “Mission Shelter.â€
This SCIF was used as an electronics / server room, manufactured in 1991. It is EMP protected, foam insulated, has raised flooring (for cables and cold air supply) and a hanging ceiling (for hot air return). It has three mil spec HVAC units (each offers 10 tons of cooling and 18 kw of heating) manufactured by Ellis & Watts (units use 3 phase 208v).
Wiring / cabling for the HVAC units, lights and various 120v outlets is intact up to the power distribution box. From the inside of the power distribution box to the outside connectors the cabling has been removed.
Dimensions are essentially the same as a 40’ sea container. The personnel / electronics area is 36’ long, the other 4’ is dedicated to the three external HVAC units.
It is presently configured with positions for 15 computer/server racks (12 spaces for 21" wide and 3 spaces for 24" wide racks that are 3’ deep with 70â€+ high openings).
The trailer the shelter is mounted on is a 40’ flatbed; the two axles are rated at 22,500 lbs each. The trailer also has two sets of hydraulic landing gear and each set can be controlled independently for leveling.
The aluminum shelter (or "SCIF") portion is in excellent shape (no rust, no dents or damage). The flatbed trailer is in good operational condition but does have rust (can be re-finished).
