Ramsey manufactures RF test equipment and enclosures, general and OEM test equipment, and tools.
I originally bought this when I was in school for electronics so that I could do my lab assignments at home. I used it for minor repair of equipment, but for the most part this O'Scope has very low hours on it but has a lot of features.
Sweep Freq / Div from 5 Seconds to .1micro seconds
Volts / Div from 10Volts to -5mV
Comes with the orginal probes, no manual.
