Maglube 1-3 cnc router lubricating system
This system is very easy to install. You just need to drill and tap 2 holes to hang the system, one more for the lockline nozzle, connect an airline and you're ready to go.
The Maglube 1-3 system has a few control adjustments to give you the perfect setup.
1. The pump has a black dial that controls the droplet size being pumped through. Fully tightened is the maximum droplet size of 1 CC. You can adjust the droplet size down to 1/60 of a CC. This allows more or less lubricant to be delivered to the routing tip.
2. The airflow adjustment is on the right side of the system. This knob can be turned in either direction to increase of decrease the amount of air flow.
3. The pulse generator inside the system controls how many time the pump strokes pump per minute while the system is on. You can adjust the rate from 5 - 200 times per minute.
4. The toggle switch on the outside of the system turns the pumps on and off. When turned off, only air will reach the cutting surface. This is great when you are routing acrylic & pvc or when you just need air to keep the cutting surface free of debris. Although a little lubricant while routing these items will remove any burrs you might be experiencing.
On the outside of the unit is a coalescing filter, this is helpful in keeping water, dirt or any other debris out of the system. Connected to the filter is an on / off slide valve. This cuts off the system completely when you are finished routing. The Maglube 1-3 features a 10 ounce reservoir and 22 feet of oil and airline. This should be plenty of hose to run the entire length and width of the table.

This is not a misting system! You will not experience an overspray of lubricant or have to deal with parts washing!! You will be able to deliver a precise amount of lubricant to the cutting surface. The systems (depending on your setup) uses 1-4 ounces of lubricant per 8 hours of use. The initial gallon will last for several months.
