Here is a 4" Goddard Douglas Dural Metal Rotary Tool Cutter. It take a 1.25" Arbor. It has #148537-1 M2-2 STAMPED ON IT. The cutter seems sharp and very well made. I have another heavy metal cutter in another sale.
