USED: NRM 43" sheet line consisting of (1) NRM/Bridge 4-1/2" single screw extruder, 30:1 L/D ratio. 6 zone, non-vented barrel. Electric- ally heated, water cooled (no system). Water cooled feed throat with hopper. Driven by an approx 115 hp motor with gearbox. (1) Baughan approx 1" co-extruder, model 3500/CL, electrically heated, air cooled, driven by a 4 kw DC motor. (1) approx 4 kw gear pump. (1) 3 roll sheet stack with (2) 12" diameter x 52" wide, (1) 18" diameter x 43" wide chrome plated cored roll, driven by a 4.9 kw gearmotor with (2) 8" diameter x 51" wide rubber pull-off rolls, driven by a 4.9 kw gearmotor. (1) Maier Heidenheim model AP1200DS nip roll station. (2) 8" diameter x 47" wide rolls, (1) rubber, (1) chrome. (1) Maier Heidenheim hydraulic winder with (2) winder carts.
