*This boiler is in great condition. It is only a year old, and we have piping, pumps and some duct-work as seen in the picture. It came out of a building that was going to be demolished to make condos. The property was bought-out and the company shut down. It was purchased originally in September of 2006, so it has only been used for one heating season.
